Meet Toto. Toto originally belonged to a friend and was well known around their residential complex for his adventurous nature and talent for escaping. While his mischievous streak occasionally caused a bit of chaos, it was clear he was full of personality and spirit. When his owner was informed that their landlord was selling the property and they needed to relocate, they faced the difficult decision of finding Toto a new home. We were asked if we could take him in—and of course, we said yes. Toto quickly settled into life at the sanctuary and became part of the pack almost immediately. His confident nature and lively character make him a standout among the dogs. He does have a habit of barking, which can be a little noisy at times, but for us, it’s a sound that tells us everything we need to know—Toto is happy, safe, and finally where he belongs.
